1. What Book it Bru is
Book it Bru is a booking platform that connects customers with local businesses. We provide the booking tool; the businesses listed on the platform are independent and responsible for the services they deliver.
2. Your account
You need an account to make a booking. You're responsible for keeping your login (email one-time code) secure and for the accuracy of the details you provide, including your name and contact information.
3. Bookings
When you confirm a booking, you're reserving a slot with the business directly. Payment terms, cancellation policies, and what happens if you or the business need to reschedule are set by the individual business, not by Book it Bru, unless stated otherwise on the booking.
4. Reviews
Reviews should reflect a genuine experience with the business. We may remove reviews that are abusive, spam, or clearly not based on a real booking.
5. Acceptable use
Don't use the platform to harass businesses or other users, attempt to bypass booking or payment flows, or misrepresent who you are.
6. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product changes. We'll update the date at the top of this page when we do.
